Sidestep, a brand of the Foot Locker Group, wanted to reposition itself as a sneaker fashion brand. Based on our own community research in Sidestep’s 4 key European countries we identified 3 consumer typologies and learned how to connect Sidestep in a meaningful and distinctive way to all of them.
We translated our insights into mission, vision, value proposition, the brand communication platform Space to create, sub brand Sidestep Studio, a new identity and brandbook and helped facilitate organization buy-in.
Next up we developed the ‘Always Iconic’ campaign, featuring up and coming talents with a unique perspective on staples motivating consumers to buy clothing with longevity in mind.
